টপলেস হয়ে যোগব্যায়াম, নেটদুনিয়ায় কটাক্ষের শিকার ছোটপর্দার অভিনেত্রী

সংবাদ প্রতিদিন ডিজিটাল ডেস্ক: ছোটপর্দার পরিচিত আশকা গোরাদিয়া সম্প্রতি নগ্ন হয়ে যোগব্যায়াম করে নেটদুনিয়ায় সাড়া ফেলে দিয়েছিলেন। এবার তাঁর পথেই হাঁটলেন তাঁর বান্ধবী আবিগেল পাণ্ডে। নুড ইজ নর্মাল হ্যাশ ট্যাগ দিয়ে নিজের যোগের ছবি পোস্ট করে নজর কেড়েছেন হিন্দি টেলিভিশন দুনিয়ার এই অভিনেত্রী। যদিও এর জন্য কট্টরপন্থীদের রোষের মুখেও পড়তে হয়েছে তাঁকে।

সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় যাঁরা এই অভিনেত্রীকে ফলো করেন, তাঁরা জানেন শরীরচর্চায় ঠিক কতটা মনোযোগী তিনি। ইনস্টাগ্রামে প্রায়ই নিজের শরীরচর্চার ছবি পোস্ট করেন আবিগেল। তবে সম্প্রতি তিনি পোস্ট করেছেন একটু অন্যরকম যোগব্যায়ামের ছবি। যেখানে অর্ধনগ্ন অবস্থায় ব্যায়াম করতে দেখা গিয়েছে তাঁকে। সঙ্গে লিখেছেন, “অনেকেই হয়তো নগ্নতা ও যোগের সহাবস্থান পছন্দ করেন না। কিন্তু একটা বইয়ের মলাট দেখে যেমন গল্পের ক্লাইম্যাক্স বোঝা সম্ভব নয়, নগ্নতা ও যোগের সম্পর্কটা অনেকটা তেমনই। আমার বিষয়টা দারুণ লাগে। দুইয়ের মধ্যে সরাসরি কোনও সম্পর্ক না থাকলেও এর বহিঃপ্রকাশের আনন্দ শুধু তারাই জানে যারা এই অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন করেছে।”

My many words may not be able to express how much I appreciate what @nude_yogagirl is doing. Many of You may not resonate with her insta handle but don’t we all know how attractive headlines and titles walk you towards what a person is trying to express, do we not know that judging a book by its cover is not the ultimate climax, so yeah! Nude and yoga might not have anything in common but it’s expression together may mean world to people who experience it, I was shy and scared and fearful of taking a shot that might make me feel liberated. Only because I kept thinking what others would think, my friend and also my photographer plus bodyguard in the moment @aashkagoradia said “Abby, let go off the fear of what others think, it won’t make you feel empowered.” Just in that moment I let go off, in my mind I knew there is no watching me but me, and just in that moment I had to let go, for me. ‘সিলসিলা বদলতে রিস্তো কা’ খ্যাত অভিনেত্রী আরও জানান, তাঁর বান্ধবী আশকার থেকেই নুড যোগে অনুপ্রেরণা পেয়েছেন তিনি। বলছেন, “প্রথমে এভাবে যোগের ছবি তোলার বিষয়ে একটু ভয় পাচ্ছিলাম। ইতস্ততও বোধ করছিলাম। খালি ভেবেছি, অন্যরা কী মনে করবে! কিন্তু আমার বান্ধবীই সাহস জোগায়। আমি বুঝলাম, ওই মুহূর্তটা শুধু আমার। আর কেউ আমায় দেখছে না। এটাই আমার কাহিনি। আপনারটা কী?”

তবে ছবি পোস্ট করতেই প্রত্যাশা মতো নেটিজেনদের একাংশের সমালোচনার মুখে পড়তে হয়েছে ২৭ বছরের অভিনেত্রীকে। অনেকে প্রশ্ন তুলেছেন, “আপনার অন্তর্বাস কোথায়?” আবার অনেকের বক্তব্য, আপনাদের কাছে সবই খুব স্বাভাবিক। কিন্তু আপনাদের জন্যই অন্যান্য নিরীহ মেয়েরা নিজেদের অসুরক্ষিত অনুভব করে। কয়েকজনের পরামর্শ, “নগ্ন হওয়ার ইচ্ছে হলে নিজের বাড়ি হোন, আপনার নগ্নতা দেখতে আমরা আগ্রহী নই।” তবে অভিনেত্রী যে এসব বিতর্কে দমছেন না, তা তাঁর পরবর্তী পোস্ট থেকেই স্পষ্ট। অন্যান্য নুড যোগের ছবি তুলে ধরে তার প্রশংসা করেছেন তিনি। অন্যকেও এ অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জনের আহ্বান জানিয়েছেন। বিষয় যাই হোক না কেন, এভাবে যে আবিগেল নিজেকে নেটদুনিয়ায় চর্চায় রাখতে সফল, তা বলাই বাহুল্য।

As you guys already know, I’ve been talking to @nude_yogagirl on her views on nudity and why she does what she does. Personally, I believe we’ve all been conditioned to believe nudity is vulgar. Even though we’ve been exposed to nudity in various art forms in museums, paintings and in the beautiful historic caves Mumbai has. Art has no agenda, and I personally love her page, I would urge you all to have a read on what she said. ————— ‘Being sexual is my last interest on here. The opposite: I use a lot of time/effort to create photos that are not sexual, erotic or offensive. I just want to empower human bodies and neutralize the naked body. I wish I could show nudity in a NOT sexual way. ❤ English is not my native language as you probably have noticed. But this is what I find online about what sexually suggestive means… “Sexual suggestiveness is visual, verbal written or behavorial material or action with sexual undertones implying sexual intent in order to provoke sexual arousal.” ❤ Just because I’m a woman and I don’t wear any clothes (which is the way I was born btw), I’m not trying to get anyone aroused on here. Everytime a woman posts a photo without clothes, it’s sexually suggestive!? #NUEDisnormal ‘ Do leave your comments, would love to know your thoughts on this.
